In terms of mise en scene, the members of The Royal Concept where their own individual style of clothing in their video. Their outfits also vary in different scenes. However, for my own video the whole thing is set in one day with the exception of one scene. Therefore the characters will remain in the same clothing apart from Harry. One scene is a flashback which requires Harry to wear a suit which he has already acquired. The other characters clothing will be expected to conform to the expectations of teenagers around 17-19 who are the demographic of the song. This means they will be able to wear their own clothes such as jumpers and jeans but without branding to comply with the fashion style of indie rock fans. e.g. clothes from Burton fashion etc.

In terms of props, we will require a car for some of the scenes. I am using James's car and filming it from a variety of shots, both inside and out as some of the lip synching takes place from within the car. We need to film at different times of the day so having a car will allow the group I am working with to transport to different locations while filming and travel faster as some locations are spread out. Another prop we require is the smoke pellets which are available online. My intention is to practise using them before we film so we have experience using them for filming. I want to include a range of shots so I am ordering enough to practise with and film around 5 minutes of footage for which can be condensed in the editing and construction process.
